WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

A pre-ceremony spritz cocktail hour will begin at 3:45pm to welcome you to Villa Terrace and set the tone for the night. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to grab a drink and get settled.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Villa Terrace has both indoor and outdoor space and we'll be moving through the venue throughout the night! Weather permitting, the ceremony and dinner will be outside on the terrace, and cocktail hour and the bar will be in the courtyard.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF RAIN?

The party goes on! We'll move everything inside to the Grand Hall so everyone stays dry and comfortable.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Dress to impress in your best formal garden party attire — spring/summer vibes encouraged! We’ve put together this Pinterest board for inspiration.

Ladies: mid-to-long dresses (please avoid deep jewel tones). Gentlemen: classic suits or dress pants with suit jackets. Please no jeans and avoid shades of white.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

No, there is not a dedicated parking lot, and street parking is limited near Villa Terrace. There will be a shuttle service provided to pick up guests at The Kimpton Journeyman hotel at 3:20PM. We also recommend guests use Uber or Lyft. All three hotel blocks are a 15-minute drive to the venue.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

If you're invited to this wedding, rest assured we love your kids, but we are politely asking for this to be an adult-only celebration. We encourage you to treat it as a well-deserved night out!

DO I HAVE A PLUS ONE?

While we wish we could accommodate everyone, we're not able to give all guests a plus one. If you received a plus one they will appear with your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

If you have serious allergies or dietary concerns, please reach out to us directly and we will work with the venue to accommodate.

Please RSVP no later than May 5th, 2026, but earlier is always better!

DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING REGISTRY?

Your presence is the only gift we're expecting, but if you'd like to help us celebrate in another way, we are registered at Over The Moon and Zola where you’ll find our preferred honeymoon fund and a small selection of gifts.

SHOULD WE BRING GIFTS ON THE DAY OF OR SEND THEM AHEAD OF TIME?

There will be a card box at the wedding. We kindly ask that any larger item be sent directly to the bride & groom ahead of time if possible or at the night-before welcome event.
