WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Our pre-ceremony Spritz Hour will begin at 3:45 PM to welcome you to Villa Terrace and set the tone for the evening. We encourage guests to arrive anytime during Spritz Hour to enjoy a drink, explore the grounds, and get settled before the ceremony.

Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Villa Terrace does not have a dedicated parking lot, and street parking in the surrounding neighborhood is limited.

A complimentary shuttle service will be provided from The Kimpton Journeyman Hotel, with departures at 3:20 PM and 4:15 PM.

Uber and Lyft are also readily available, and Villa Terrace is approximately a 10-minute drive from all three hotel blocks and the downtown Milwaukee area.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Villa Terrace has both indoor and outdoor spaces, and we'll be moving throughout the venue over the course of the evening! Weather permitting, the ceremony and dinner will take place outdoors on the terrace, while cocktail hour will be held in the courtyard.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF RAIN?

The party goes on! We'll move everything inside to the Grand Hall so everyone stays dry and comfortable.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Dress to impress in your best formal garden party attire — spring/summer vibes encouraged! We’ve put together this Pinterest board for inspiration.

Ladies: Mid-to-long dresses.
Gentlemen: Classic suits or dress pants with suit jackets. Please avoid jeans and shades of white.

Even in June, evenings along the bluffs of Lake Michigan can become cooler, so guests may wish to bring a light jacket or wrap.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

If you're invited to this wedding, rest assured we love your kids, but we are politely asking for this to be an adult-only celebration. We encourage you to treat it as a well-deserved night out!

DO I HAVE A PLUS ONE?

While we wish we could accommodate everyone, we're not able to give all guests a plus one. If you received a plus one they will appear with your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

If you have serious allergies or dietary concerns, please reach out to us directly and we will work with the venue to accommodate.

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Please RSVP no later than May 5th, 2026, but earlier is always better!

DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING REGISTRY?

Your presence is the only gift we're expecting, but if you'd like to help us celebrate in another way, we are registered at Over The Moon and Zola where you’ll find our preferred honeymoon fund and a small selection of gifts.

SHOULD WE BRING GIFTS ON THE DAY OF OR SEND THEM AHEAD OF TIME?

There will be a card box at the wedding. We kindly ask that any larger item be sent directly to the bride & groom ahead of time if possible or at the night-before welcome event.
